Is what Julian Haight "SPAMCOP" performing on the Internet Legal? Can a person that is not a government authority make his own laws on the Internet? I think not. This individual is stopping legitimate business from performing their legitimate transactions on the Internet.
Mr. Julian Haight is determining if a business is a spammer by cold calling individuals asking them if they would like to hear from a certain business. If the person states no then he records it and moves on to the next RANDOM person. After an undisclosed number of calls Mr. Julian Haight forms his percentage of SPAM from that domain just off of those numbers.
Is this legal? NO WAY.
Is this Fair and Ethical? NO WAY.
Should he be stopped before he places the Technology stocks further into a slump? YES
Please tell your Congress Representative to STOP this Individual before it has very large repercussions on all of us.
